We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support team performance. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership experience, analytical thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service flow
• Monitor and report on Profit & Loss (P&L), food costs, and operational budgets
• Prepare and deliver presentations related to store performance and team development
• Lead and coach team members, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and sanitation protocols
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and order forecasting

Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications:

• College graduate (any course); open to all disciplines with relevant experience
• 2–3 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
• Previous supervisory experience with formal supervisor title required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal abilities
