We seek an Appointment Setter to efficiently manage and convert inbound and Facebook leads into scheduled appointments. The role involves engaging potential clients through phone calls and digital communication to facilitate seamless appointment scheduling.

This position is critical for driving client engagement and ensuring a steady flow of qualified appointments to support business growth.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the kind of person who:

  • Contact inbound and Facebook-generated leads promptly to schedule appointments.
  • Conduct professional phone conversations to assess lead interest and suitability for services offered.
  • Meticulously track lead interactions and update appointment statuses.
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, or messaging platforms to confirm appointments and address inquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales or service teams to ensure accurate scheduling and alignment with business needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, including call outcomes and appointment details, in designated systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion rates through effective communication strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on appointment-setting activities and outcomes to support performance tracking.

Requirements

What You Bring:

We're looking for someone who:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in appointment setting, customer service, or related fields in a B2C environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage leads effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing lead data and schedules.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address lead objections and concerns professionally.
