• Expected salary: ₱15,000 - ₱17,000 per month

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Business Administration, or other related courses
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Maintaining accurate employee records and updating human resources information systems
• Providing support for employee onboarding, orientation, and training
• Processing payroll and timekeeping
• Preparing disciplinary notices for employees
• Handling employee inquiries and addressing HR-related concerns
• Collaborating with managers to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Participating in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
• Continuously improving HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency
• SALARY RANGE:
• 15,000 - 17,000
• WORK SCHEDULE:
• Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM
