Work Address: Makati City

Work Set-up: Hybrid but for the 1st 4 months, the candidate is required to report on-site to transition into the role | Hybrid: 2 days WFH, 3 days onsite

JOB SUMMARY

The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, team members, and senior leadership to ensure the successful execution of project goals. The successful candidate will also have involvement in presales activities and in delivering consulting services to clients relating to projects and project management.

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Communicate project expectations, updates, and progress to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and address concerns and feedback promptly.

1. Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

1. Risk Management:

• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Monitor project risks and escalate issues as necessary.

1. Performance Monitoring:

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
• IT Project Manager handling IT Solutions projects for retail or supply chain
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Clarizen, Planview, MS Project, Monday, Asana, Trello, Jira)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification would be an advantage
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Hybrid methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Confident to present to C-level audiences
