About the Role
CLOUD Soft Treats is looking for a Franchise Manager who will play a key role in expanding the brand through franchise partnerships. This position focuses on assisting prospective franchisees, presenting the franchise business model, developing franchise documentation, and building the CLOUD Soft Treats brand book.
The Franchise Manager serves as the main point of contact for franchise inquiries—from initial interest to onboarding—ensuring that potential partners receive clear guidance, accurate information, and a strong understanding of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Acquisition & Support- Handle franchise inquiries and guide interested applicants through the full evaluation and approval process
- Conduct franchise presentations, business meetings, and orientation sessions
- Explain financial projections, store requirements, franchise fees, and operational expectations
- Maintain ongoing communication with leads and conduct timely follow-ups
- Develop, update, and maintain the CLOUD Soft Treats Franchise Brand Book
- Ensure all franchise documentation (franchise kit, proposals, requirements guide, process flow) reflects updated standards
- Assist in the creation of training materials, onboarding guides, and operational documentation
- Coordinate with Operations, Training, and Finance for franchise timelines and requirements
- Support franchisees during the pre-opening stage to ensure brand-aligned execution
- Track and update status of franchise inquiries, applications, and approvals
- Prepare franchise pipeline reports and business updates for management
- Represent CLOUD Soft Treats professionally during franchise meetings and events
- Uphold and communicate brand values, vision, and standards to potential partners
- Assist in franchise marketing, promotions, and investor relations as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- 2–4 years experience in franchising, business development, or sales (preferably F&B)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience preparing business proposals, brand books, or franchise kits
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Knowledge of F&B industry operations is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Professional, articulate, and strong client-facing presence
- Competitive salary: ₱70,000 – ₱80,000
