WE ARE LOOKING FOR COST CONTROL MANAGER- Develop and implement cost control systems, procedures, and reports for project and operational expenses.
- Prepare, monitor, and update cost estimates and budgets regularly.
- Track actual costs against budgets and forecast future spending.
- Work closely with project managers, procurement, and finance departments to validate and monitor cost performance.
- Identify and analyze variances between budgeted and actual expenditures, providing recommendations to address discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all cost-related documents and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Support tendering and bidding processes by preparing cost estimates and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Provide regular cost control reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Train and mentor junior cost control staff or analysts.
Qualifications/Requirements
WE ARE LOOKING FOR COST CONTROL MANAGER- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in cost control or financial management, preferably in construction.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in cost management software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in speaking both English and Japanese.
