The Civil Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality standards. He/She shall be involved in conducting site surveys, coordinating with stakeholders, providing technical advice, and implementing risk management strategies.He/She will also ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage project documentation, and maintain effective communication with contractors and team members to achieve successful project outcomes.
Qualifications/Requirements- Licensed Civil Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in construction and renovation projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of structural design, site supervision, and project execution
- Proficient in construction permitting processes and regulatory compliance.
- Holds a Driver’s License (Restriction Codes 1 & 2); open to extensive travel and long-term assignments.
- Adept at risk management, ensuring project safety, cost control, and timely delivery.
- Skilled in stakeholder coordination, effectively collaborating with clients, contractors, and government agencies.
- Possesses a Project Management Certificate (considered a strong advantage).
