Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Reliability: Oversee the 52-week preventive maintenance schedule to keep equipment downtime below 3%.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and evaluate multi-skilled technicians (MST) and coordinate all third-party contractor activities.
- Project Oversight: Review renovation plans, prepare scopes of work, and monitor tenant fit-outs to ensure they meet building standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Serve as the Assistant Fire Marshall, maintain fire protection systems, and ensure all government permits (LGU, DENR) are updated.
- Financial & Admin: Assist in annual budgeting, manage tool inventory, and implement energy-saving measures to reduce utility costs.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate "as-built" plans, equipment logs, and daily operational reports.
- Expertise: Strong background in MEPFS systems and technical drawing reviews.
- Leadership: Experience managing on-site teams and service providers.
- Efficiency: Ability to balance hands-on repairs with administrative reporting and budgeting.
