About the role

We are seeking a talented Purchasing/Sourcing professional to join our team at Comtech Precision Philippines, Inc.'. This full-time role is based in Mabalacat City Pampanga and will play a crucial part in our Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

Manage the procurement of raw materials, components, and other supplies required for production
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong supplier relationships
Perform cost analyses, price comparisons, and market research to ensure the best value for the company
Collaborate with production and inventory teams to optimise purchasing and minimise disruptions
Implement and maintain efficient purchasing processes and systems
Monitor and report on purchasing metrics, budgets, and KPIs
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing or sourcing role within the manufacturing or logistics industry
Demonstrated expertise in supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost optimisation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Must Speak, read, write Chinese (Mandarin) and Englsih
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficient in using procurement software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field
