Responsible for ensuring the timely processing of licenses and permits, as well as the submission of reports and documents to various government units and agencies. Their duties also include handling transactions such as rent collection, issuing Statements of Account (SOAs), conducting utility meter readings, and managing all other administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications/Requirements
High School graduate, College level/graduateWith at least one (1) year work experience in the related field
Knowledge in processing documents at government offices i.e. BIR, LTO, Registry of Deeds, City Health, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office desktop applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knows how to drive motorcycle and has a valid Driver’s License code 1,2
