About the role
We are seeking a talented HR Officer to join our dynamic team in Makati City Metro Manila. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resource management initiatives and contributing to the growth and development of our valued employees.
What you'll be doing- Planning, implementation, and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Providing administrative support for employee onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management
- Coordinating and facilitating employee training and development initiatives
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related queries and concerns
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data management
- Knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations in the Philippines
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work well in a team environment
