Job Description:
We are seeking a world-class Graphic Designer to own all catalogue, brochure, and marketing design work for our company. The right candidate will be an absolute expert in Adobe InDesign and industrial catalogue design, with proven experience creating large, multi-page catalogues, spec sheets, and flyers.
Beyond catalogue work, this role will drive graphic design across the business – including social media, website visuals, print campaigns, and product marketing collateral – ensuring a consistent, professional, and impactful brand identity across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Priority 1 – Catalogue, Brochure & Print Design- Lead design and production of large-scale catalogues, brochures, spec sheets, and flyers.
- Develop layouts that balance clarity, technical accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Manage templates, version control, and design systems for catalogue work.
- Liaise with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure product details are accurate.
- Deliver print-ready artwork and work directly with printers to ensure quality.
- Design graphics for social media posts, campaigns, and advertising (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Create website visuals – banners, product graphics, and campaign updates.
- Support email marketing (EDMs) with well-designed layouts and graphics.
- Edit and optimise product photography and renders for print and digital.
- Assist in the development of trade show stands, signage, and branded materials.
- Ensure all design outputs align with brand guidelines
- Create and edit short promotional videos for product launches, social campaigns, and website content.
- Develop basic motion graphics/animations (e.g., explainer clips, product feature highlights).
- Work with the marketing team to bring product stories to life through video.
Qualification and requirements:
- Proven experience in catalogue/brochure/spec sheet design for industrial or B2B products.
- Expert in Adobe InDesign (non-negotiable) with advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and preparing press-ready artwork.
- Ability to manage large volumes of content while maintaining consistency and accuracy.
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating engaging digital graphics for websites and social media.
- Organised, deadline-driven, and highly detail-oriented.
- Strong communicator who can collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, NetSuite).
- Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, etc.).
- Exposure to 3D rendering or product visualisation (e.g., KeyShot).
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Proven experience in catalogue/brochure/spec sheet design for industrial or B2B products.
- Expert in Adobe InDesign (non-negotiable) with advanced skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
