An amazing opportunity to work with a worldclass textile design firm for an experienced, vibrant, and highly motivated Textile Graphic Designer and Illustrator.
Our Client has been creating statements in luxury and creative expression since 2006 and understands the true value of design, producing superior quality rugs and carpets.
Reporting to the Senior Designer and working alongside a key designer, you will be responsible for executing the final stage of the design process before manufacture. you will be using preexisting designs to create a range of finished rugs and carpets.
You will be a qualified Textile Graphic designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the commercialmanufacturing Industry.
You will be responsible for managing key activities such as the following:
- Translating designs into print and manufactureready production files
- Creating layouts for various digital and printrelated sales and marketing materials
- Documentation
- Layout of various product brochures
- Accurately document designs for clients and manufacture, ensuring colour
- References and scales are correct
- Ensure designs are completed within given timeframes and budgets, in line with project briefs
- Requirements
- Qualified Textile Graphic Designer (2 years minimum experience)
- - Must have extensive experience with Design & Illustration
- - Expert with Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc
- - A portfolio of previous work is required
- - Competent in preparing illustratorscaled drawings.
- - Experience in creating layouts and desktops, publishing
- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- - Being able to understand house floor plans and read scales.
- - Able to calculate drawing rugs into custom scales like 1:5 and 1:25 designs.
- - Experienced with Excel and data management, reporting
- - Good organisational skills and systems
- - Accuracy and attention to detail
- - Work efficiently and prioritise workload.
- - Ensure that each project is completed and managed to the company standard.
- Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a workfromhome position, it is important to note that this is a fulltime role—not a freelance or flexiblehour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

- Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)
- Use of timetracking software during work hours
- Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
- Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
- Treating this as a longterm, fulltime job—not a side gig or freelance task
⏱ Payroll is processed bimonthly.

Benefits- Monthly Salary: Php 40,000
- Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
- You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
- Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
- 5 days of sick leave
- 5. HMO offered after 6months probation
- 13th Month Pay after 30 days
- Laptop provided after 30 days
- Permanent workfromhome role. You will have to use your own internet.

- SHIFT TIMES: 7AM to 4PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
