The Store Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth daily store operations by managing staff, motivating the sales team, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:- At least six (6) months of experience in a supervisory role or as a cashier
- Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Experienced in leading and coaching a team of skilled professionals (e.g., waxing, brow, or nail technicians)
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours
- Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred
