Position Title: Restaurant Staff

Job Summary

The Restaurant Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the restaurant, and assisting in daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth workflow.

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, kitchen stations, and utensils.
• Ensure proper food handling and sanitation standards are followed.
• Assist in food preparation and stocking of supplies when needed.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Operate cash register or POS system accurately.
• Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

• At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• Previous experience in food service or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Trustworthy, hardworking, and customer-oriented.
