Job Summary:

This role involves close coordination with project managers, contractors, and other engineers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

• Project based in Angeles, Pampanga
• Has 2 - 3 years experience in Midrise and high rise building construction
• Has experience in managing a team of engineers and architect
• He/She will be directly reporting to the owner/developer
• Has experience in civil, architectural, mechanical and equipment installation, energization up to hand over

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage on-site electrical installations, ensuring compliance with design plans, safety regulations, and project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems to verify compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve electrical design and installation issues.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Monitor and enforce safety standards related to electrical work on-site.
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for electrical system failures or inefficiencies.
• Maintain project documentation, including reports, inspection records, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and regulations.
• Supervise and guide electrical technicians and subcontractors on-site.
• Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for electrical components of the project.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineer.
• License/Certification: Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer (PRC board passer for the Philippines or equivalent certification in other countries).
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site electrical engineering, construction, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, power distribution, and control systems.
• Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, etc.).
• Familiarity with national and international electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to be assigned on-site and travel as needed.
