Solar Online Tech Support

Highly Recommended:

• Electrical background or prior experience working with solar installations.
• Experience coordinating field teams or contractors.
• Knowledge of solar inverters, batteries, and off-grid/on-grid systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor residential and commercial solar installations across multiple branches. Check if all the components are installed correctly via video call.
• Provide remote technical support to electricians, clients, and internal staff using call, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot basic inverter, battery, and wiring issues and escalate when needed.
• Ensure project execution is on schedule and up to quality standards by liaising with site teams.
• Maintain documentation for each project including photos, reports, and service logs.
• Respond promptly to post-installation concerns and after-sales service requests, even outside of working hours.
• Support the Operations Manager with scheduling, inventory coordination, and client updates.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
• Minimum 2 years experience in technical support, coordination, or helpdesk roles.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable using CRM, and task management tools.
• Ability to understand basic electrical schematics and system layouts.
