Accounts Receivable - Muntinlupa
About the role
Join United Bearing Industrial Corporation as an Accounts Receivable professional, playing a vital role in managing the company's cash flow and credit processes. As a full-time Accounts Receivable specialist based in Binondo, Manila City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining strong client relationships.
What you'll be doing- Process and monitor accounts receivable, including invoicing, statement reconciliation, and follow-up on outstanding payments
- Liaise with customers to resolve billing inquiries and collect overdue payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivables and collections activities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses related to accounts receivable
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or a similar finance role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Knowledge of credit management policies and procedures
