Key Responsibilities- Assist clients through email, phone calls, virtual meetings, and occasional onsite visits.
- Guide customers through software setup, implementation, onboarding, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot technical and user-related concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, orientations, and user training sessions.
- Support clients during system go-live and post-implementation activities.
- Document customer concerns, resolutions, and support activities accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Build strong client relationships through professional and reliable support.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, IT Support, Helpdesk, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
- Willing to conduct onsite client visits when necessary.
- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must have personal laptop or desktop computer.
- Work with innovative software solutions.
