Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will help drive lead generation and sales pipeline growth through outbound outreach, lead qualification, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Your contributions will directly support strategic sales initiatives across global markets.

The Qualifications We Seek
  • At least 2 years of full sales cycle experience (Outreach, Quote, Close).
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple workloads.
  • Excellent time management, customer-centric attitude, and responsiveness.
  • Goal-oriented, motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
Your Daily Tasks
  • Conduct dials, connects, emails, and other outreach to drive lead generation.
  • Set up successful meetings for Sales Directors.
  • Generate and qualify Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Support regional sales and marketing demand generation initiatives.
  • Follow up on inbound leads (form fills, event lists, etc.).
  • Collaborate on lead list building with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Conduct outbound calls to develop prospects and connections.
  • Screen and route leads to appropriate channels (partners or direct sales).
  • Maintain and track lead activity using Salesforce.com.
  • Assist in appointment setting and demo scheduling.
  • Handle various administrative tasks to support the sales process.
