Business Development Representative

We are hiring a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our client base. You’ll identify and engage B2B prospects, conduct cold calls, manage CRM data, and support our sales team in closing deals.

The company offers a range of services to residential Property Managers in the U.S. that enhance the rental experience for their tenants.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and research B2B leads
  • Cold call, follow up, and book appointments
  • Respond to inbound inquiries
  • Track outreach in CRM and dialer (tools provided)
  • Support lead nurturing and conversion
  • Collaborate with sales on strategy and insights

Requirements:

  • Excellent English (written & spoken)
  • Strong cold-calling and sales skills
  • Familiar with CRM tools and lead generation
  • Self-managed, proactive, and organized
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Can work on US hours
