Equipment Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in operating, repair and troubleshooting Plastic Technology - Blow, Injection and Compression Molding.
• Knowledgeable in welding and fabrication works, reading mechanical/electrical diagrams and can read, interpret and troubleshoot PLC.
• Assists in new product or new machine set-up and qualifications.
• To do preventive maintenance on all plant equipment and machineries as per instruction of immediate superior.
• To do energy conservation activities and machine/ process improvement projects.
• Participate in the evaluation and qualitification of any fabricated or newly purchased parts of machine or equipment before mass production usage.
• Preparation, documentation and monitoring maintenance reports and update the machine 201 file
• Must be computer literate (MS Word, Power point, and Excel).
