We are seeking a talented HR Staff - Employee Relation/Admin to join our team at Hyundai Laguna Inc. in Binan City, Laguna. Employee Relations Duties- Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
- Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain employee records and confidential HR documents.
- Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and programs.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Prepare HR reports and employee communications.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Perform general office administration and clerical tasks.
- Manage filing systems, records, and office documentation.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and company activities.
- Prepare reports, memos, and office forms.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requests.
- Support coordination between departments.
- Maintain organized office operations and workflow
- Graduate of Bachelor's in Science in Psychology; Human Resources Management.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR or employee relations role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Proficient in office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities
- A team-oriented mindset and a passion for creating a positive employee experience
- Knowledge of HR best practices and familiarity with applicable labour laws and regulations
