Finance & Accounting Associate (AU Account)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Finance Operations. Experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, or Xero is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SLA-driven operations is an advantage.
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, preferably aligned with Australian business hours.
- Amenable to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig. Hybrid work setup available after successfully completing the 2-month training period.
- Process Accounts Payable transactions, including supplier invoice processing, invoice validation, payment preparation, and vendor master maintenance.
- Handle Accounts Receivable activities such as customer invoicing, cash application, credit note processing, and account reconciliations.
- Support General Ledger functions, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and provide audit support as required.
- Manage Fixed Asset accounting activities, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals, and reconciliation.
- Perform Inventory Accounting tasks, including inventory reconciliations, reserve calculations, and reporting support.
- Review and verify employee travel and expense claims while ensuring policy compliance.
- Perform bank statement processing and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate master data and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Resolve stakeholder inquiries promptly while meeting agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial transactions and reports.
