About the role
ABS-CBN Corporation, a leading media and entertainment company in the Philippines, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Entry Level CSR to join our dynamic call centre team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As an Entry Level CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career within a supportive and collaborative work environment.
What you'll be doing- Handling and responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and empathetic manner
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
- Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- At least Senior High School Graduate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
