Assists in guiding branch customers to transact through electronic machines available in the branch such as Service Assist Kiosks, Account Assist Kiosks, Automated Teller Machines, Universal Machines and Cash Deposit Machines.- Guides branch customers to encode details of the transaction and generate queue number.
- Assists branch customer to key in/encode information details required in Account opening.
- Guides branch customer how to use machine in withdrawal, bills payment and balance inquiry, among other transactions.
- Guides customers on how to use machine for check deposits and to update passbook.
- Direct/guide customer for deposit transaction.
- Answers queries of the customers limited to the use of branch electronic machines only.
- At least College LEVEL
- Good in communication skills
