About the role
As a Business Development Associate at Radtelcom Technologies Corporation, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion. What you'll be doing- Actively research and identify potential clients and new market opportunities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Radtelcom's products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales collateral
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business prospects
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, pitching, and closing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Communications
