Store Specialist (Pampanga) - URGENT

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor`s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or Equivalent
• At least one year of working experience or has related/equivalent training for this position.
• Preferably experience employee specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent;
• Must have a valid drivers license and can drive four wheel manual transmission vehicle.
• Candidate must possess a valid Professional or Non-Professional driver's license.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures that the store meets its target sales.
• Monitors stock displays, movements, replenishment, and orders.
• Performs inventory checks and monitors stocks/supplies in outlets.
• Manages day-to-day store operations.
• Ensures excellent customer service is delivered by store crew.
• Manages overall store operations, aligning sales and profitability with company objectives.
• Participates in store merchandising and marketing activities to boost sales.
• Represents the company in lease contract agreements.
• Conducts outlet visits based on itinerary for overall operations management.
• Must be capable of managing multiple store locations (20 or more outlets) simultaneously.
• Gathers competitive intelligence.
• Addresses client queries and provides appropriate recommendations.
• Conducts site assessments and ocular inspections as needed.
• Evaluates store crew performance and submits recommendations.
• Oversees manning requirements, safety, security, and cleanliness of the store.
• Implements in-store marketing and merchandising programs.
• Ensures adherence to administrative policies and company guidelines.
• Submits weekly reports and other necessary documentation.
• Performs additional tasks as required by management.
