CASHIER / SERVER
JOB SUMMARY:
We are urgently looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashier/Server to join our growing restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist guests with their orders, and perform the tasks outlined below.
Responsible for handling cashiering duties, customer service, and front-of-house operations, including order taking, service, inventory, and receiving. Ensures accurate transactions, proper food and beverage service, efficient coordination with the kitchen, and adherence to company standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a cashier, server, or in a similar hospitality role
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Physically fit and able to work long hours when necessary
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
