Job Summary
The Cashier is responsible for handling all customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role ensures proper billing, payment processing, and issuance of receipts while maintaining a friendly and professional interaction with guests at a Sizzlers and Roast restaurant.
Qualifications/Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cashier, sales, retail, or restaurant experience is preferred.
- Experience in customer service and upselling is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
