About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Procurement Practice Specialist to support strategic sourcing and category management initiatives across the Source-to-Contract (S2C) lifecycle.
In this role, you will work closely with suppliers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to execute sourcing projects, conduct supplier and market analysis, support negotiations, and help deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate has strong procurement experience, excellent communication skills, and professional fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean.

Key Responsibilities- Execute sourcing and procurement initiatives across the S2C lifecycle
- Support RFx activities including RFP, RFQ, and supplier evaluations
- Conduct supplier outreach, negotiations, and contract support activities
- Perform market research, spend analysis, and supplier benchmarking
- Develop category insights and sourcing recommendations aligned with business goals
- Analyze supplier proposals, pricing structures, and commercial terms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers across regional/global teams
- Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and procurement documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and procurement best practices
- Utilize digital and AI-enabled productivity tools to improve sourcing efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supply chain operations
- Strong experience in Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes
- Hands-on experience with:
- RFx management
- Supplier management
- Contract negotiations
- Spend and commercial analysis
- Category sourcing
- Experience working with procurement or sourcing platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Language Requirement
Candidates must have professional or business-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
- Mandarin / Chinese
- Japanese
- Korean
Preferred proficiency level:
- C1 to C2 level (Fluent to Near Native)
Language certifications (as applicable):
- HSK Level 5–6 (Mandarin)
- JLPT N1/N2 (Japanese)
- TOPIK Level 5–6 (Korean)
- Experience in consulting, shared services, or multinational environments
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools or procurement automation platforms
- Procurement certifications such as CPSM or MCIPS
- Experience handling APAC or global stakeholders
