ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sourcing Coordinator is responsible in reviewing & understanding job descriptions to ensure rightful sourcing of qualified candidates. Provide talent pool availability through market scan for volume profiles.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sourcing Coordinator shall perform duties and responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

• Understand recruitment demand, role requirements, and required skill profiles within the assigned area.
• Recommend and implement effective sourcing strategies based on hiring needs and market trends.
• Generate candidate leads through various channels such as employee referrals, social media marketing, job boards, recruitment partners/vendors, applicant referrals, and job fairs/caravans.
• Manage and promote job openings across the company’s recruitment marketing platforms.
• Screen resumes and job applications through the recruitment portal and endorse qualified candidates.
• Ensure timely engagement and provide prompt responses to candidate inquiries to deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Plan, organize, and execute onsite and offsite sourcing activities, including job fairs, floor walks, open houses, and recruitment caravans.
• Contribute creative ideas for the planning and successful implementation of sourcing events.
• Provide administrative, backend, and logistics support to the Sourcing Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• College graduate of any related course (Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field)
• 6 months to 1-year relevant experience
• Support the Senior Sourcing Specialist/Sourcing Specialist in executing sourcing strategies across various roles
• Source and engage top talent through multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and networking)
• Assist in planning and executing recruitment events (e.g., virtual hiring events, job fairs)
• Contribute ideas to improve and enhance sourcing strategies and candidate attraction efforts
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the sourcing process
• Coordinate with recruiters and stakeholders to align on role requirements and candidate profiles
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Highly organized and process-driven
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Other duties as assigned
• Open to work on a midshift schedule
• Hybrid Work set-up
• 2x a week onsite (Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center Ortigas Pasig City)
