Join the leadership team at Super Candy Corporation as a Technical Manager and oversee the technical operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems and equipment. This full-time position is based in Malolos, Bulacan, and plays a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and product quality.

As a Technical Manager, you will lead a skilled technical team and collaborate with production, quality, and safety departments to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and manage the technical department, including maintenance, utilities, and engineering teams
Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of machinery, equipment, and production facilities
Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide long-term solutions to improve equipment performance
Monitor energy usage, equipment life cycle, and spare parts inventory
Implement engineering projects for capacity expansion, process automation, or efficiency improvement
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Coordinate with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers when necessary
Support audits, inspections, and certifications related to plant facilities and operations
Train and develop technical staff to enhance knowledge, skills, and safety practices

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
Licensed Engineer (PRC) is a strong advantage
At least 5 years of experience in technical or engineering management, preferably in food manufacturing or FMCG
Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making abilities
Proficient in maintenance systems, technical reports, and project management
Solid knowledge of manufacturing equipment, utilities, safety standards, and government compliance
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Willing to be based in Malolos, Bulacan and manage on-site operations full time
