Territory Sales Supervisor (Iloilo)

About the Role

The role ensures effective territory development, strong customer relationships, and operational efficiency to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports company revenue and profit targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customers’ real-time needs.
3. Internal Stakeholder Management: Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics, Accounting, After-sales, etc.)
4. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, grow product categories and engage with potential clients.
5. Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights for decision-making.
