- At least 3–5 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM), Real-Time Analyst (RTA), or Time & Attendance support
- Strong knowledge of workforce scheduling, attendance management, and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and workforce management tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Willing to work 100% onsite
