As part of our continued partnership with one of our key clients, we’re hiring a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to join our growing support team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in providing centralized administrative and coordination support across multiple teams and projects, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient project delivery.
Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple departments and projects
  • Coordinate tasks, follow-ups, and actions across teams and stakeholders
  • Support project teams with ad hoc administrative and operational requirements
  • Maintain and track compliance documentation, project records, H&S documentation, and audit requirements
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly stored
  • Compile and maintain operational, project, and financial reports where required
  • Assist in tracking project deliverables, actions, and key metrics
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions across teams
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes and actions, and ensure follow-ups are completed
  • Manage electronic filing systems, SharePoint platforms, and document control processes
  • Provide administrative support for site and project teams, including document uploads and compliance tracking
  • Support communication and coordination between office and site teams
  • Contribute to process improvement and continuous operational efficiency initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in an Administrative, Operations Support, or Coordination role
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to manage and structure large volumes of information accurately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, departments, or projects simultaneously
  • Exposure to document control, compliance tracking, or reporting processes is an advantage
  • Experience within construction, consultancy, or project-based environments is desirable
  • Willingness to work UK shift hours
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
