Urgent! Human Resource Intern

OsaMor Food Corporation — the company behind Bell+Amadeus, Diet in a Box, Ulam Express, Minds on Wheels, and Lunhaw Farm Resort — is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers a comprehensive learning experience across HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance, providing a strong foundation for future HR professionals in a dynamic, multi-brand environment.

Duties and Responsibilities: The Human Resource Intern will support the HR Department in various administrative and operational functions, including:

• Assist in recruitment and selection by posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
• Help manage employee records and ensure proper documentation and filing (201 files, contracts, etc.).
• Support in the preparation of HR memos, notices, and other employee communications.
• Coordinate and assist in onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
• Participate in timekeeping validation and attendance monitoring.
• Help facilitate training programs and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain trackers and HR databases for manpower, leaves, and compliance.
• Assist in benefits processing and coordination with government agencies.
• Support compliance documentation (e.g., DOLE requirements, company policies, HR audits).

Job Qualifications:

• Education: Currently enrolled and completing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
• Must possess the following school requirements:
• Endorsement Letter
• Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
• Study Load reflecting enrollment in Practicum/Internship

• Technical:
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and Philippine labor laws
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
