Accounting and Tax Compliance Officer

The Accounting and Tax Compliance Officer is responsible for the preparation, review, reconciliation, monitoring, and submission of accounting reports, financial schedules, tax reports, and government compliance requirements of the company. The position ensures that all accounting records are accurate, complete, properly supported, and submitted within the required deadlines.

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Analyze Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses

• Prepare and file tax returns
• Ensure compliance with BIR and other statutory requirements
• Support tax audits and government compliance activities

• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.
• Preferably CPA but not required.
• At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably has an accounting firm experienced.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
