Join the dynamic Sales team at Luxent Hotel as a Sales Account Manager, responsible for developing and managing key client relationships in the Quezon City Metro Manila area. As a full-time position, this role is integral to driving business growth and ensuring exceptional customer service for our prestigious hotel brand.
What you'll be doing- Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through effective prospecting and networking
- Manage and develop a portfolio of high-value corporate and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) accounts
- Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new business and maintain strong relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic account planning
- Provide regular updates and reporting on account activity, pipeline, and performance
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the hotel/hospitality industry
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing key client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with senior-level decision-makers
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis to drive sales performance
- Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
