About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in our call centre located in Mall of Asia, Pasay City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the travel and hospitality industry.
What you'll be doing- Handling inbound customer calls and responding to email inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing information about products and services, and resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and documenting the resolution of issues
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and providing feedback to the management team
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry; CSR :sales/travel CCE
SALES: 6 months sales exp (CC)
at least SHS Graduate- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively and respond effectively
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle customer queries and complaints
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
