JOB BRIEF
The Supervisor, Financial Planning & Analysis is responsible for supporting management through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, reviews management reports, and provides insights on sales, costs, and profitability to support informed business decisions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares and updating budgets and forecasts, collaborating with various departments to ensure projections align with strategic goals.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial reports, providing a clear picture of our financial health.
- Prepares ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
- Review internal and external management reporting packages.
- Provide insightful analyses on sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or a related major or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferably a CPA.
- With at least 2-4 years’ experience in accounting and management reporting.
- Preferably with gaming or hospitality industry experience.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills and collaboration.
- Proactive and can work independently.
