WHAT IS A/AN CLIENT SERVICES SUPERVISOR (Account Management & Onboarding)
Satellite Office is seeking a Client Services Supervisor to lead client relationships, onboarding, and operational delivery across key accounts.
In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring service excellence and seamless onboarding execution in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
Client & Account Management- Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for assigned clients
- Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
- Lead regular business reviews and performance discussions
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and grow accounts
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple accounts or campaigns
- Identify risks, gaps, and operational challenges, and implement solutions
- Ensure consistency and quality in overall service delivery
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for new hires and new accounts
- Ensure alignment with client requirements and expectations
- Support smooth onboarding execution and successful account launches
- 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or operations
- Proven experience managing multiple clients, accounts, or campaigns
- Strong experience in onboarding and operational coordination
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with international clients (US or AU)
- Background in BPO, shared services, or multi-client environments
