About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to generate actionable business and market insights.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, data-driven, and capable of transforming raw information into meaningful recommendations for stakeholders. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with large datasets, and building dashboards and analytical models, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and SharePoint
- Develop spreadsheet models and conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and insights
- Translate technical findings into clear and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and proper documentation
- Create presentations and reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify automation opportunities and support process improvements
- Contribute to pilot projects and new market intelligence initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in:
- SQL
- Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
- Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA, Advanced Formulas)
- Power BI and SharePoint Dashboards
- Office 365 and Google Workspace
- Experience handling and analyzing large datasets
- Knowledge of data modeling, database normalization, and data transformation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Experience in fast-paced or data-intensive environments
- Background in simulation modeling, algorithmic trading, or strategy development
- Experience importing and managing structured datasets
- Familiarity with automation and workflow optimization
- Work with a highly analytical and collaborative team
