PURCHASING STAFF (Open to FRESH GRAD!!)

About the role

RVD FOOD Inc. is urgently seeking a talented Purchasing Staff to join our dynamic team in Bagumbayan, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact and contribute to the strategic procurement objectives of our organisation.

1. Manage and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
2. Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms and conditions, and monitor supplier performance
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities, inventory levels and vendor information
4. Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures to drive cost savings and operational efficiencies
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure the procurement of necessary materials and supplies
6. Provide support and guidance to other team members on purchasing-related matters

1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Proficiency in using relevant procurement and inventory management software
5. Commitment to maintaining accurate and detailed records, with a keen eye for detail
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
7. Relevant experience or a fresh graduate with a keen interest in the field are welcome to apply.
