Data Analyst
ATPI is on the lookout for an experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.
Data Analyst is primary responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring reports using SAP BusinessObjects to support data-driven decision-making across the business. The role will transform complex data into actionable insights, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in reporting processes.
In addition, the BI Analyst will provide dedicated reporting support to the Duty of Care team who are responsible for delivering timely and reliable data to assist with traveller safety and incident management. This position also forms part of the 24/7 reporting coverage, ensuring continuous reporting support for global business operations.
Some of the job duties include but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain Business Objects Reports, including applying filters, prompts, variables, and formulas for dynamic reporting.
- Schedule and monitor reports, including automated bursting and email distribution.
- Optimize report performance and troubleshoot execution issues.
- Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and validate data.
- Monitor platforms and data loading processes, address where possible or escalate as appropriate.
- Monitor ServiceDesk Plus for incoming support cases to be fulfilled.
- Ensure reports are delivered within SLA’s and maintain business standards for categorization and filing processes
- Suggest process improvements, automation opportunities, and enhancements to reporting solutions.
- Act as back up for the Duty of Care team should they have reporting queries.
Candidates must possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related courses is preferred.
- SAP experience is preferred
- Excellent computer skills to be able to adapt easily to ATPI technologies.
Candidates must be open to work on weekends, holidays, and onsite.
