Data Analyst (Pharmaceutical Industry)

Position Overview:
The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to help our sales and marketing team make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, preferably with pharmaceutical industry experience, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean data from various sources to prepare it for analysis.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance from the system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Continuously improve data analysis processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as MS EXCEL and PPT
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
