About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Secretary and Photo Editor to join our team at Great Image Services Corporation in Baguio City, Benguet. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the branch while also editing and enhancing customer photos.
What you'll be doing- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the branch, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with other office duties
- Editing and enhancing customer photographs using industry-standard photo editing software
- Ensuring all customer photos meet the company's high quality standards
- Liaising with customers to understand their photo editing requirements and deliver a superior service
- Supporting the wider team and contributing to the overall success of the branch
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or photo editing role, ideally within the advertising, arts, or media industry
- Strong proficiency in using photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the wider team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A creative eye and the ability to transform ordinary photos into captivating images
