HR Specialist (Employee Relations and Engagement)

DUTIES:

1. Overseeing Employee Relations and Compliance

• Reviewing and recommending updates to HR policies, processes, and the Employee Handbook to ensure relevance and compliance.
• Analyzing common employee infractions to identify trends and develop strategies for improving policy adherence.
• Conducting exit surveys and interviews to gather insights, inform retention strategies, and enhance employee experience.

1. Leadership in Employee Engagement

• Developing and executing the company’s employer branding strategy to attract and retain talent.
• Deploying engagement surveys, analyzing results, and identifying focus areas to boost employee satisfaction.
• Driving engagement activities, company events, and initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Facilitating onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

1. Recognition and Communication

• Creating personalized greetings for work anniversaries and birthdays to celebrate employee milestones.
• Managing official communication channels, ensuring timely dissemination of important announcements.
• Responding to queries on company social platforms to maintain professional and engaging communication.
• Promoting positive company reputation through sharing favorable reviews internally and externally.

1. Managing the company’s social media accounts by creating content, posting updates, and promoting job openings across various recruitment channels.
2. Assisting with recruitment processes and supporting other HR functions as needed to ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year experience in direct Human Resource work
• Experience implementing diverse and high impact HR initiatives to support organizational objectives
• Experience in internal communications and event management is a must
• Graphics Design Experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a must
• Strong project management and presentation skills
• Can work independently and collaboratively
