Excel-Based Product Associate | PAF - 43

Day shift | Full time| Onsite | 2-5 years experience on Excel + product data role

About the Role

This role focuses on handling large volumes of product data (such as SKUs, invoices, and records) using Excel on a daily basis.

You will support product operations by ensuring that data is accurate, updated, and well-structured, working closely with internal teams to keep processes running smoothly.

This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable working with structured data, Excel, and detail-oriented tasks.

What you’ll be working on:

• Maintain and update product and category data using Excel and internal systems
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of product-related information across platforms
• Perform data entry, validation, and updates for product listings and records
• Support product-related processes by ensuring data is properly organized and up to date
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding product information, updates, and requirements
• Monitor and review data for discrepancies and ensure corrections are made
• Assist in preparing and maintaining reports related to product data and operations
• Support day-to-day product operations and coordination tasks

What we’re looking for:

• 2 to 5 years experience working with Excel and structured data in a previous role
• Exposure to handling large sets of data (e.g. SKUs, invoices, product records)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with repetitive and structured tasks
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to manage tasks and follow through on deadlines
• Willing to work onsite (Makati or Iloilo)

• This is a hands-on data and operations support role
• Work is focused on maintaining product data, handling Excel-based tasks, and supporting operational processes
• Ideal for someone who prefers structured work and accuracy-driven tasks
