ABOUT THE ROLE;
This role supports day-to-day product and operational administration through data management, supplier coordination, item setup, reporting, and system updates.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Ideal for someone who can manage multiple requests, communicate proactively with stakeholders, and work independently while maintaining strong accuracy across systems and reports.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:
- Support product and operational administration tasks across systems and trackers
- Assist in item setup, product maintenance, and data updates within ERP systems
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders regarding product-related concerns and requests
- Maintain and update reports, spreadsheets, and operational trackers
- Review and validate product information, pricing, and supporting data for accuracy
- Help monitor pending requests, missing information, and operational follow-ups
- Support reporting and process-related tasks using Excel and internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product setup, updates, and operational requirements
- Assist in maintaining organized records and documentation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong Excel skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience working with ERP systems such as MYOB Advanced or similar platforms is highly preferred
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable coordinating with vendors, stakeholders, and different teams in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and able to stay calm under pressure and changing priorities
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Resourceful and proactive in resolving missing information or operational concerns
- Experience in product administration, procurement support, inventory, category support, or related operational roles is an advantage
- Familiarity with reporting, item setup, or product/system maintenance is an advantage
